This Online Course Agreement (the “Agreement”) outlines what we can expect from each other in working together. If there is anything you have questions about, please let me know - I want to make sure we are on the same page moving forward.

• Parties. This Agreement is made between Vanessa McNeal-Atadoga, operating as Vanessa McNeal LLC, an LLC based in Iowa (“Vanessa McNeal LLC”, “I”, and “me”) and you, the person who has signed or agreed to this agreement (“you” and “your”). 

• In exchange for agreeing to work together with Magnetic Manifestation Academy (Vanessa McNeal LLC) you agree to be bound by the following conditions.

• Vanessa McNeal LLC promise to You:
• Vanessa McNeal LLC will provide you with the Magnetic Manifestation Academy course. Through the course, I will help you learn to manifest your life by your own design, transform your relationship with money, and help you embody the energy of abundance/love. I commit to being there for you to answer your questions/offer support and celebrate your wins. 
• What I expect of You. Just as you are investing in me, I’m also investing in you. To achieve maximum results, I ask that you commit to the following: 
• Show up for yourself each week. For you to receive the maximum benefits from this course, I expect you to keep up with the course and the course work. You will receive the most transformative experience if you keep pace. Remember, you are doing this for your future you!
• Communication is key! Ask clear and concise questions in the Facebook community so that I can support you as best I can. 
• Be aware that this process is not always easy. Sometimes it does get worse before it gets better. Sometimes it’s painful before it’s joyful. But that is what the growth process looks life. 
• Honesty. I expect you to be deeply honest with yourself and allow yourself to feel the pain and emotions that come up, as they come up. 
• While this is a 10-week course, growth is a lifelong process. To receive the maximum benefits of the course, you must continue to apply the strategies and tools of the course past the 10-week duration.
• Term + Termination. This Agreement will be binding upon you agreeing to the terms of this Agreement, either by signing the document electronically or by clicking ‘I Agree’. From that date, the course will last for 10 weeks, as outlined in Schedule “A” Services + Cost.
• Termination. Please note that if you violate any of the expectations outlined in Schedule “B” Expectations, Vanessa McNeal LLC may terminate this Agreement effective immediately and you will not be entitled to any refunds or any continued working relationship with Vanessa McNeal LLC. 
• Cancellations and Refunds. Integrity and keeping your word are the cornerstones of all success. With that in mind, this is how I’ve drafted my cancellation and refund policy:
•  All sales are final after the point of purchase.
• Payments are non-refundable regardless of attendance or participation .

 The client understands that to be successful there requires active participation within the course and on the FB live Q/A sessions.  The coach plays the role of a facilitator of change, but it is the client's responsibility to enact or bring about the change

 Vanessa McNeal LLC can be communicated to via FB during the weekly FB live calls in the Magnetic Manifestation Academy group throughout the program.  Vanessa McNeal LLC will not be available to respond via other channels (ie phone/email) throughout the program, unless she chooses too.

• Vanessa McNeal LLC reserves the right to cancel the course if you are not meeting the expectations we’ve set out in Schedule “B” Expectations.  
• Services. Vanessa McNeal LLC will be providing you with the Magnetic Manifestation Academy course, consisting of 10 modules within a period of 10 weeks, as outlined in Schedule “A” Services + Cost.
• Scheduling. Modules and live stream sessions will be agreed upon and organized by Vanessa McNeal LLC. 
• No Guarantees. While there are some things I can control, like how much I will support you, there are some things I cannot control. As such, no guarantees can be made for the results from this course. But, I can tell you that the methods in this course do work for those that apply themselves and the course principles, so if you bring your best, you have every opportunity in front of you. 
• Responsibility. Please acknowledge you are fully responsible for everything you give and get from this process. I’ve created this course and used my qualifications to bring you the greatest benefits possible, but none of that can happen if you do not put in the work. You get what you give – and I want you to be aware of that before we start working together.  
• Payment. Payment details and costs for the course are outlined in Schedule “A” Services + Cost. 
• Communication. All communication will be done either online via email or Facebook.
• Concerns. I want you to love this course and expect you to speak up if anything isn’t sitting right with you. Communication between us is the cornerstone of all success. 
• Currency. All prices are in US Dollars and all payments must be made in US Dollars via credit card, cash or PayPal Credit. All taxed will be added when appropriate. 
• Confidentiality. We operate and grow in a safe space. That being said, your testimonials and results are the cornerstone of Vanessa McNeal LLC business and the way we can spread our message with the world. Vanessa McNeal LLC reserves the right to share your experience on Magnetic Manifestations website or social media, without the use of your name. If this doesn’t sit right with you, please reach out so we can have a discussion and make sure we arrive at something comfortable together. 
• Ownership of Materials. All the content that I have provided to you, such as course video trainings, PDFs meditations, are for your use only and are not to be re-distributed or re-used for any purpose. Your use of the Magnetic Manifestation materials is simply a non-exclusive and revocable ‘use license’ which means you are only allowed to use such materials for yourself.
• Access. You will have lifetime access to any course content even after the 10-week duration of the course. You will have access to the Facebook support community for life. You will receive guaranteed responses to any course-related questions for the 10-week duration of the course.
• Standard Legal Things. Jurisdiction. This Agreement will be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Iowa. Severability. If any provisions of this Agreement are invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions in the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties and replaces any prior agreements. Waiver of Breach. The waiver by me of any breach by you of any provision of this Agreement will not be taken to be a waiver of any further breaches by you. Notice. For the purpose of this Agreement, e-mail or text will suffice for written notice when required as set out above. Headings. The headings used in this Agreement are for stylistic purposes only and none of the content in the headings are intended to be legally binding. Counterparts. This agreement may be signed in any number of counterparts, each of which is an original, and all of which taken together constitute one single document. Online Agreement. We agree that this Agreement may be signed electronically or agreed to by having you click “I Agree”, the effect of which will be the same as if we signed the Agreement by hand and the intention of which is that both parties desire to be bound by all the terms of the Agreement.

SCHEDULE “B” EXPECTATIONS 

 The following are the working expectations I hold for all participants of the course. If you breach any of these, Vanessa McNeal LLC reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately.

1. Be positive, supportive and encouraging of yourself and others.
2. Unkind words, judgement, or criticism of any kind within the Facebook community will not be tolerated and is cause for removal from the Facebook community immediately, at the discretion of Vanessa McNeal LLC.
